UGANDA SAFARI TOUR ITINERARY TO KIBALE AND QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

4DAYS UGANDA TOURS,CHIMPANZEE TRACKING,QUEEN ELIZABETH,PRIMATES,GAME VIEWING,BIRD WATCHING,KIBALE

Day 1           
Depart for a half day drive west via Mubende to Kibale National park, passing though verdant countryside, traditional homesteads and farms. With a scenic drive of the fabulous "Mountains of the Moon,” have a stop over at Fort portal town for lunch. In the afternoon, you will drive to Kibale forest for chimpanzee tracking and other primates including phoestes, Red-Colobus, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked Mangabey swinging through the dense forest and birds, butterflies and many small insects.  
Overnight at Ndali Safari Lodge (Luxury) or Rwenzori View Guest house (Midrange) or Kanyankyu ecological centre (Budget)

Day 2      
After breakfast depart early to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the southern sector of the remote and beautiful extension of Queen Elizabeth National Park known as Ishasha, famed for its tree-climbing lions. It’s a beautiful sight to see the lions draped from the trees and we will see hippo, buffalo and topi among other species. Check-in in and have some time to relax, at the lodge. Overnight at Mweya safari Lodge/institute of Ecology (FB)

Day 3         
After a very early breakfast, head to Kyambura gorge for chimpanzee tracking and view a variety of primates. These delightful apes, more closely related to humans than to any other living creature, are tremendous fun to watch as they squabble and play in fruiting trees. We will return to the lodge for lunch and a chance to relax by the swimming pool.
In the afternoon, have a boat ride to Kazinga Channel, which is an excellent platform for game viewing, bird watching and photography. The shores of the channel are also home to an array of birds including pink backed pelicans, pied and malachite kingfishers, saddle billed stork and many others. After this wonderful afternoon, a slow drive back to Lodge.  Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge/ Albertine safari camp (FB)

Day 4                   
After breakfast drive back to Kampala wit lunch en-route. Otherwise transfer to the airport to catch your flight your flight back home. END OF UGANDA SAFARI.
